In the third quarter of 2025, the sandbox games category on Android in Finland showcased interesting trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these top games demonstrated varying performances in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation experienced fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at about $41K in early July and then dipping to around $20K mid-August before rebounding to over $31K by the end of September. Downloads started at 1.4K, decreased slightly in mid-quarter, and then rose to nearly 2.5K by mid-September. Weekly active users showed a decline from around 97K at the start to approximately 84K by the end of the quarter.

Steal n Catch the Brainrot by BMH VN Game saw a gradual increase in downloads, starting from 19 and reaching a peak of 706 in late August, before tapering to 340 by the end of September. Active users also grew from 16 to a high of 1.1K before settling at 751.

Lastly, CubeCrafter by SayGames Ltd showcased stable weekly downloads, starting at 156 and peaking at 243 in early August. Revenue remained low, while active users saw a slight decrease, ending at approximately 2.5K.
